Refinancing Arm Mortgage Can I Refinance ARM Mortgage While In Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, Or You Have To Wait At Least A Year. Louisiana?

Can I refinance ARM mortgage while in Chapter 13 bankruptcy, or you have to wait at least a year. Louisiana? - refinancing arm mortgage

Wow. This last answer was wrong.

You can refinance while in bankruptcy proceedings, but they must be enough to resolve even lend bankruptcy. They call it a "Bankruptcy Buyout".

You can do it if enough is done at your home to enough to cover the amount of BK plus the amount you owe cover which is now on your mortgage.

After the exit bankruptcy, then you have to wait two years before obtaining approval for conventional financing, but there are other options that you move immediately after unloading.

I would like to encourage you and to learn about the mortgage process before jumping in. I have a blog where they explain the mortgage process, mortgage included: http://explaintome.blogspot.com
